How to Marinate Chicken?

You can soften the chickens by marinating them and also create different flavors. You can perform this process with whole chickens or cut chickens like diced or julienned. If you are using a cut chicken like breast, you can help the sauce penetrate the meat by scoring the surface. Storing such marinades in the refrigerator at 0 - 4 degrees for an average of 1-2 days will be sufficient. Additionally, it would be meaningless to put a marinated chicken in the freezer. One of the most important details in marination is to cut off the airflow. For this reason, you can use cling film or a zip bag.
