Banvit MBRF Forests

Our global company MBRF has set its goals in this area in parallel with the United Nations' sustainable development goals and shared its commitments with the public. These commitments cover various areas to protect our world and to develop societies. As MBRF's Turkey operation, our sensitivity regarding sustainability is reflected in our corporate culture and our company's 2030 vision. In this context, we have a "Net Zero" target for greenhouse gas emissions in our facilities by 2040. At the beginning of 2022, we established the 'Banvit MBRF Forest' with 20 thousand trees in the Bandırma region where our campus is located. We are working to implement afforestation projects in different regions of our country in the coming periods. By carrying out projects that will contribute to nature, such as afforestation projects, we aim to balance carbon emissions and reach 'Net Zero'.
