2 eggplants
2 zucchinis
2 carrots
1 teaspoon salt
10 sheets of puff pastry
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
Spice mix;
1 teaspoon red pepper powder
1 teaspoon ground cashew
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
For topping
2 egg yolks
1 egg white
1 tablespoon molasses
Blue poppy seeds and sesame
sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons yogurt
Green onions
Preparation
- Place the drumsticks in the pressure cooker and add enough water to cover them. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the water, and close the pressure cooker lid at setting 1. Cook the pressure cooker on the stove for 12 minutes. Transfer the cooked drumsticks to a separate bowl to cool. You can store the remaining chicken broth in the refrigerator for use in other dishes.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of ground cashew, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of oregano, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the drumsticks and ensure the drumsticks are coated in the spice mix.
- Cut the puff pastry into strips, divide them into 4-5 pieces, and wrap the drumsticks with the pastry strips so that they are enclosed.
- In a bowl, whisk 1 egg yolk and brush it over the puff pastry. Next, apply molasses with egg, blue poppy seeds, and sesame to the puff pastry in order.
- Bake the drumsticks at 200 degrees in the upper and lower mode for 20-25 minutes until the pastry puffs up.
- Serve the puff pastry drumsticks with grilled vegetables and a yogurt dip sauce that you can share with your friends. Enjoy your meal.
