2 handfuls grated cheddar
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon strained yogurt
1 pinch salt
1 pinch olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
Preparation
- Sauté the chicken pieces in a hot pan over medium heat until they are browned and have absorbed their juices.
- To prepare the curry sauce; melt the butter in a separate sauce pot. Add flour to the butter and sauté until the flour's aroma is released and it takes on color.
- Gradually add the cold milk to the flour while mixing with a whisk. Then add hot water, curry, salt, and black pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Mix the sauce you prepared with the sautéed chicken and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
- Put 1 liter of water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water and cook the pasta for 7 minutes.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a large pot. When the oil starts to heat up, add 1 finely chopped garlic clove, half a pack of tomato puree, and 2 sprigs of fresh oregano and cook for 3 minutes. Add the boiled pasta to the tomato mixture and stir until the pasta is coated in sauce.
- For the salad, chop half a lettuce, 3 sprigs of parsley, and 3 sprigs of green onions. Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of strained yogurt, a pinch of olive oil, and 2 handfuls of grated cheese and mix well.
- Pasta with tomato sauce, a filling salad, and delicious chicken with curry sauce make a perfect meal. Enjoy.
