Saucy Thigh Chicken
2 pieces Banvit Kalbutter beans
1 bowl of cherry tomatoes
2 sprigs of rosemary
Bulgur pilaf fillingin:
1 cup of hot water (preferably chicken broth)
1 tablespoon of butter
Salt
1 cup of fine bulgur
Spicy sauce fillingin:
1 tablespoon of yogurt
1 teaspoon of red pepper paste
1 teaspoon of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
A teaspoon each of salt, black pepper, turmeric, red pepper powder, cumin, dried thyme

Preparation
- Rub the whole surface of the thigh with salt and black pepper. Make a few cuts in several places to allow the sauce to penetrate well.
- Prepare the spicy sauce. For this, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Rub the sauce all over the thighs. Cover it, let it rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
- Transfer the rested thighs to a baking tray. Place 1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary on top.
- Finally, cover with parchment paper soaked in water.
- Bake in a preheated oven set to 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the fine bulgur pilaf. For this, boil the water. Once the water boils, add salt and butter. After boiling a few times, remove from heat. Add the fine bulgur and cover the pot. Stir occasionally to aerate.
- Remove from the oven, place the cherry tomatoes in the tray.
- Return to the hot oven with the tray open. After cooking for another 15 minutes, serve.
