Life, It's Okay If There's Equality
Our company, which places great importance on the power and labor of women in social life, prepared a special film for March 8th to bring the issue of gender equality to the forefront on International Women's Day.
The film, shot at the homes of couples working in different departments of our company, emphasized the importance of equality in household chores and conveyed the message that “Housework is not only a woman's job.” The film, published on digital platforms, featured our male employees who take on the responsibility required in household tasks, rather than those who ‘help with housework.’ Aiming to break the perception that ‘housework is only a woman's job’ and delivering the message of ‘Life is shared,’ our film consists of short clips taken by women employees in their homes. The narration of the film is also performed by another female employee.
