Colorful Schnitzel Bowl
1 slice Banvit Piliç Şinitzel
1 teaspoon of liquid oil (to grease the panin)
2-3 small size köpped bell pepper

For rice pilafin:
1.5 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of liquid oil
2 cups of rice
1 teaspoon of sugar eker
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
3 cups of chicken broth
Half a teaspoon of salt
3-4 sprigs of dill, finely chopped
For sumac onion saladin:
1 small onion, julienned
1 teaspoon of sumac
1 teaspoon of olive oil
A pinch of salt
2 sprigs of dill, chopped
For tahini saucein:
1 teacup of strained yogurt
1 teaspoon of tahini
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 clove of garlic, crushed in a mortar (optional)
1 teaspoon of olive oil (to drizzle on topin)

Preparation
- Soak rice in 1 tablespoon of salt added warm water for 30 minutes. Then rinse under running water.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and oil in the rice pot. Add the rice and sauté for a few minutes. Add lemon juice and sugar and sauté for 1 more minute.
- Add 3 cups of hot chicken broth and salt. After it boils a few times, reduce the heat, cover the pot. Once the rice is soft and has absorbed the water, remove from heat. Finally, sprinkle half a tablespoon of butter cut into small pieces and finely chopped dill over the rice. Cover the pot and let it steep for 5 minutes.
- For the salad with sumac, mix all the ingredients beautifully in a bowl. Your salad is ready.
- For tahini sauce, mix all the ingredients nicely in a bowl. Your tahini sauce is ready.
- Banvit Piliç Şinitzel place the pan on the stove. When the pan heats up, fry both sides of the Banvit Piliç Şinitzel with oil.
- Spread coarsely chopped lettuce on the serving plate first. Then arrange the remaining ingredients as you like. Serve immediately.
