Baguette Lollipop
1 piece Banvit Chicken Wing
2 tablespoons cajun spice
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1.5 cups roasted kadayıf
• Cut the ends of the Banvit chicken drumsticks and remove the cartilage and skin.
• Take 2 plates and add 2 tablespoons of Cajun spice and 1 teaspoon of salt to the first plate, mix. Crack 2 eggs into a large glass and beat the eggs, then add 1.5 cups of roasted kadayıf to the last plate.
• Coat the prepared chicken sequentially in the first Cajun mixture, then in the eggs, and finally in the kadayıf.
• Suspend the prepared kadayıf-coated chicken by securing it to a baking rack. If desired, you can also use toothpicks to secure the chicken to the rack.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, no fan, for 30-35 minutes.
• If desired, you can serve the crispy chicken lollipops with a nice mashed potato and hot sauce. Enjoy your meal.
