What should we tell the customer when the chicken in the deep freezer has passed its date?

It is forbidden for our sales points to sell fresh products that have expired by freezing them in their own cabinets. Fresh products can be sold in the fresh cabinet (at 0-4 degrees), and frozen products can be sold until their expiration dates written on them (at -18 degrees).
