What kind of health tests do you conduct on your chickens?

The health of our chickens is periodically checked for diseases that could pose a risk to animal and human health, both in our own laboratories and in state laboratories with samples taken by official veterinarians without our knowledge. We can categorize these checks in the simplest form into two types: pre-slaughter and post-slaughter tests. Pre-slaughter tests are conducted through blood, live chickens, and swabs taken from the coops. The health status of live chickens before slaughter is checked by veterinarians in the diagnostic laboratory, and those deemed suitable are taken for slaughter. Examples of post-slaughter tests include veterinary controls of the chickens and microbiological analyses determined by regulations; we can also mention chemical analyses such as fat, moisture, protein, and taste analyses.
