Our chickens go through many processes until they are packaged. We direct the production of whole or piece chickens according to their weight, alongside cutting, gutting, and cooling processes. After plating our products, we pack them by stretching and send them to our distribution warehouses to reach you consumers. All our products can be traced backward. The information on which farm the chicken you received was produced, in which facility, when it was produced, health reports, shipping information, and which warehouse it reached which sales point, market, or butcher is recorded.
