1 piece green pepper
1 piece carrot
1 piece eggplant
1 piece red pepper
1 piece tomato
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation
- Cut the chicken livers into small pieces. Take the pot to the stove and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the chickens to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes. Transfer the chickens to a separate bowl.
- Add 3 tablespoons of butter to the pot and when the oil starts to heat, add 1 diced onion and sauté for 3 minutes without burning. Add 1 diced carrot, eggplant, bell pepper, tomato, and red pepper to the sautéed onions and sauté thoroughly for 5 minutes. After the sautéing process is done, add the washed bulgur to the pot. Sauté well by mixing thoroughly for the flavors to combine. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to 3 cups of hot water and mix. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and half a teaspoon of cumin and pour the water into the pot.
- Add the pre-sautéed chicken livers to the pot and cook covered over medium-low heat until the rice absorbs the water, about 25-30 minutes.
- Finally, cover the rice that has absorbed the water and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- With its delicious presentation, liver tavern rice that will whet the appetite is ready, enjoy.
