Chicken Salami Crepe Cake
For the crepe batter:
3 cups flour
3 cups milk
3 eggs
Half a teaspoon salt
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil (for greasing the pan)
For the filling:
4 packs Banvit Sliced Chicken Sausage
1 tub cream cheese - labneh cheese mixture
Half a bunch of dill, finely chopped
Half a bunch of parsley, finely chopped
For the topping:
1 cup strained yogurt
1 pack cheese (about 40-50 g)
1 tea glass sliced green olives
1 stalk green onion

Preparation
- Whisk all ingredients for the pancake batter in a bowl except the oil.
- Heat about half a teaspoon of oil in a medium-sized pan. Pour a ladle of pancake batter into the pan. Spread the batter evenly in the pan. When the top starts to bubble, flip it over and fry the other side the same way.
- Prepare the remaining ingredients in the same way. Keep each cooked pancake between paper towels to maintain softness.
- To spread between the pancakes, mix cream cheese, labneh, and finely chopped herbs to get a nice mixture.
- Spread the herb cheese on each pancake first, then place a thin layer of Banvit Dilimli Piliç Salam neatly on top.
- Prepare this process to have 15-20 layers.
- For the top, mix strained yogurt and strained cheese. Spread this mixture on the top layer of the pancakes. Finally, sprinkle sliced green olives and fresh onion.
