Chicken Salami Bulgur Pilaf
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of butter
1.5 cups of cracked wheat
Half a cup of bulgur for pilaf
4 cups of hot water (preferably chicken broth)
1 tea glass of boiled peas
1 tablespoon of dried mint

2 tablespoons of oil
1 large onion, julienned
1 carrot, cubed down cut
200 g diced Banvit Baton Chicken Sausage

Preparation
- Pour the liquid oil and butter into the pot. When the fats melt and heat up, add the bulgur and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the hot chicken broth, peas, salt, and dried mint. First, boil on high heat for a few minutes, then lower the heat and cover the pot.
- Cook the bulgur until it absorbs the water.
- Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of liquid oil in a separate pan p son the onion until caramelized. Add the carrot and sauté for a few more minutes.
- Next, add the diced Banvit Baton Piliç Salamı. Sauté for a few more minutes and remove from heat.
- Once the bulgur absorbs the water, open the lid of the pot. Add the sautéed Banvit Baton Piliç Salamlı vegetable mixture. Stir and close the lid again. After resting for 10 minutes, you can serve.
